S.S. Real Estate & Construction was started in the year 2006 (previously called as S.S. Real Estate & Brokering) at Adirampattinam a growing Town in Thanjavur District. This concern was started by Lion. Mr. M. Shahul Hameed. He has sound knowledge and good background on real estate field. Not only in the field of real estate he also contributed his life to Community and Society in the farm of adopting himself into The Lions Club. Today he was the President of Thanjavur District.

S.S. Real Estate & Construction has good team in association with customer relationship. We have a well versed team for document verification, property analysis, customer relationship and trading. We always give a best understandings and a best outputs for our customers.

Over the year, the company has executed several properties at Adirampattinam, Mallipattinam, Sethubavachathiram and its surroundings. Now they were converted to mini townships, residential apartments and commercial complexes which have become landmarks in their areas. The company has completed over one million sq.ft of construction and has earned a reputation for adhering to values, commitment to quality and total transparency resulting in hundreds of satisfied customers.
